Sizing
Q: What sizes are your hats available in?
A: We offer our hats in two sizes: Child and Adult. Our Child hats have a circumference of 20 inches, while our Adult hats have a circumference of 22.38 inches. We recommend measuring your head to determine which size will be the best fit for you.
Q: How do I measure my head for a hat?
A: To measure your head for a hat, use a soft measuring tape and wrap it around your head at the widest point, just above your ears and eyebrows. Make sure the tape is snug but not too tight. Take note of the measurement in inches, and compare it to our hat size chart to determine which size will work best for you.
Child Hats: Age Recommendations
Q: What ages are your child hats recommended for?
A: Our child hats are recommended for toddlers ages 2 and a half and up. However, we recommend measuring your child's head to ensure a proper fit.
Q: What if my child's head falls between sizes?
A: If your child's head falls between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a comfortable fit.
Q: Are your child hats adjustable?
A: Most of our child hats feature an adjustable inner band that allows you to customize the fit for maximum comfort. Simply pull the drawstring tight to create a snug fit, or loosen it to make the hat more comfortable.

Q: What are your hats made of?
A: Our hats are made of high-quality, durable materials that are designed to protect you from the sun. The exact materials may vary by style, but most of our hats are made of a combination of cotton, polyester, and/or straw.
Q: How do I care for my hat?
A: To keep your Little Jacks hat looking great, we recommend spot cleaning it with a damp cloth as needed. If your hat gets wet, let it air dry completely before storing it. Avoid folding or crushing the brim, as this can damage the shape of the hat.
Q: Do you offer custom designs or personalization?
A: At this time, we do not offer custom designs or personalization. However, we are always working on new styles and designs, so be sure to check back frequently for updates!
